Returns & Refunds Policy

All Carrara Collective pieces are custom-made to order based on your selected stone type, size, and finish. Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After 48 hours, production will have commenced and cancellations cannot be accepted. No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested after this period.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in the quality and packaging of every piece. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, arrange a repair, replacement, or partial refund.
Please note that natural stone is a living material. Variation in colour, veining, pattern, and texture are inherent characteristics of stone and are not considered defects. These natural variations are what make each piece unique and are not grounds for a return or refund.
Return Window
In the event a return is approved by us in writing, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We strongly recommend using a professional furniture removalist or freight service with appropriate insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit during a return.
No Return Grounds
The following are not accepted as grounds for return or refund:
- Change of mind
- Natural stone variation in colour, veining, or texture
- Minor surface marks consistent with handcrafted stone furniture
- Sizing disputes where the ordered dimensions were confirmed by the customer in writing
- Delays caused by circumstances outside our control
Deposits
All deposits paid are non-refundable once production has commenced.
Consumer Guarantees
This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the failure is minor, we reserve the right to repair the item within a reasonable time.
